A gang of "Ninja's" are terrorizing Gotham and one night one of them is killed, revealing the kid to be a white student at a local High School. On top of this, Tim has some troubles at home, where his girlfriend slept in his room while he slept in the guest room. While investigating the death, Tim's mask almost slips because he recognizes the kid in the photo. Batman gives him the lead in this and as a result has his father send him to a camp. He goes under his alias, but how far is Tim going to be able to go? Will he be able to solve this case or become part of it?
